In cases where passengers have oversized luggage, such as golf bags or surfboard bags, which cannot be loaded onto the conveyor belt, the airline staff will issue a baggage tag and attach it to the luggage before taking it to the lift (OOG), accompanied by airline staff.
STEP 2 Travel Document and Identification Check
Passengers present their passport and boarding pass to security officers, who will proceed with the Passenger Validation System (PVD) check.
STEP 3 Immigration Process
Passengers must submit their travel documents to immigration officers for verification and to receive the departure stamp (First Port).
STEP 4 Passenger Security Screening for International Departure
Passengers undergo baggage inspection and body scanning by walking through the body scan machine.
STEP 5 Waiting in the International Departure Hall, Level 3
Passengers wait in the international departure lounge on Level 3 to await the boarding call.
When the airline announces the boarding call, passengers must undergo a final document check, which includes verifying their passport, immigration stamp, and boarding pass that matches their identity. Once the verification is complete, passengers proceed to board the aircraft.
